I am excited about the new John K. Comcast Commercial that is supposed to be out soon. For those of you unaware of John K's work, think about all those years you spent watching Ren and Stimpy or perhaps that Bjork video for "I Miss You" ...
all it comes down to is that I think his art is fantastic, the gross details and such make me want to eat massive amounts of powdered toast and relive all of my favorite Ren and Stimpy moments. Despite the fact I'm not hugely into supporting things on TV, and especially commercials, I do love the works of John K.
Also from Boingboing today, Welcome Back Kotter meets Harry Potter? I personally never have understood the whole Harry Potter craze, but i did watch lots of Welcome Back Kotter. I had a lot of free time as a kid, and I really loved TV.

i didn't get a ton of chuckle action here, but it did give me some amazing nostalgia.
I do enjoy when robberies end in group hugs. Unlike group hugs is this article I found off of POE News that was reported on Yahoo News. Baghdad doesn't seem like the best tourist spot these days, folks.
As for now, I am going to attempt to become even cuter by drinking massive amounts of coffee and working. You all get to read words. Congratulations.
